This allows the simultaneous filing of an Industrial Model
or Design in countries belonging to The Hague Convention for
the Protection of Industrial and Artistic Models and Designs,
by means of a single filing before WIPO.

Up to 100 variants of the same object may be applied for in
the same application.
4- TERM
OF PROTECTION.
The term of protection of an International Industrial Model
and Design is 10 years which is renewable for a second and
final period of the same length.
