INTERNATIONAL INDUSTRIAL MODELS OR DESIGN
1. INTRODUCTION.
This allows the simultaneous filing of an Industrial Model or Design in countries belonging to The Hague Agreement concerning the Protection of Industrial and Artistic Models and Designs, by means of a single filing before WIPO.
2. COUNTRIES WHICH CAN BE DESIGNATED.
Current list from WIPO
3. MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS.
Up to 100 variants of the same object may be applied for in the same application.
4. TERM OF PROTECTION.
The term of protection of an International Industrial Model or Design is 10 years which is renewable for a second and final period of the same length.
