Durán-Corretjer SLP is a limited professional corporation of Industrial Property Attorneys. It was founded in 1902 by the Industrial Property Agent, Mr. Joaquín Durán.
Our firm currently has a qualified multidisciplinary team comprising of more than 20 professionals, including engineers with degrees in different areas of technology, technicians and lawyers. We combine more than 100 years’ experience in the field of Intellectual Property with new technologies and a personalised, determined commitment to quality, providing a quick and efficient service. Our philosophy is that our clients should obtain the maximum added value for contracting our services, both in Spain, the European Union and in the rest of the world.
Our central offices are located in Barcelona, but we also have other branches in Madrid and Alicante in order to directly monitor our clients’ cases before the Spanish Patent and Trade Mark Office (SPTO) and before the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM). In addition, we work with an excellent network of associate firms throughout the world, selected through many years of experience, which makes it possible for us to guarantee a top-quality service throughout the world.
