DURÁN-CORRETJER SPEAKS BEFORE JAPANESE ENTERPRISES ABOUT THE NEW SYSTEM TO GRANT PATENT EXTENSIONS ON PHARMACEUTICALS IN EUROPE
Luis Durán, Patent attorney at Durán-Corretjer, gave a lecture last 11 September 2025 in Tokyo (Japan) in front of more than 100 Japanese enterprises about the proposals of the European Commission to change the system to grant patent extensions for pharmaceuticals in the European Union.
The presentation received very positive comments from the participants and is a new step of our firm in consolidating our leadership as one of the more expert firms in Spain and Europe.
The speaker was introduced by Mr. Luis-Alfonso Durán, managing partner of the firm.
Mr. Luis-Alfonso and Luis Durán also attended the AIPPI Congress that took place in Yokohama (Japan), from the 13 to 16 September 2025 in their capacity of Member of Honour and Spanish delegate at the Executive Committee of AIPPI, respectively.
