DURAN-CORRETJER AT THE 43rd WORLD CONGRESS OF THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE PROTECTION OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (AIPPI). SEOUL (REPUBLIC OF KOREA), OCTOBER 20-23, 2012.
The members of our firm Luis-Alfonso Durán and Luis Durán will be participating at the 43rd World Congress of the AIPPI that will take place in Seoul (Republic of Korea). They will attend as congressmen as well as Spanish conference delegates at the Executive Committee of this important Association. Mr. Luis-Alfonso Durán will also participate in the Council of Presidents as a Member of Honour of the AIPPI.
During the Congress, important new topics related with the protection of intellectual property will be discussed, inter alia, the use of prosecution history in post-grant patent proceedings, infringement of trade marks by goods in transit, the protection of industrial products by registered design and copyright, patenting of stem cells, cloud computing and its impact on IP, etc.
