Department of Distinctive Signs
This department comprises attorneys who specialise in intellectual property and have received meticulous training in Spanish, European and international law. They deal with risk appraisals for the adoption of new trade marks, trade names and domain names and their chances of being successfully registered. They provide advice on the best form of protecting a sign (trade mark or trade name) both in Spain and in the European Union or in any country in the world and they deal with filing and prosecution. They also analyse and prepare oppositions against applications that conflict with the prior rights of our clients, deal with negotiations etc.
