Prosecution Department
This department has received sound training in the official regulations for the prosecution of all kinds of Industrial Property files. It has the task of controlling and supervising the prosecution of all matters that are filed, checking and communicating to our clients the various deadlines that must be fulfilled, ensuring that they are respected. This department also monitors publications which are issued in the various Official Gazettes and is well-versed in handling the different national and international databases for performing searches, as well as for controlling and monitoring new applications that are published and could enter into conflict with the prior rights of our clients.
