Patents Department
This department is formed by engineers and graduates who specialise in the various fields of technology, namely, mechanics, electronics, physics, computing, telecommunications, pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology, energy technology etc. All of them have received excellent training in the systems of protection in Spain, Europe and internationally and have a high level of knowledge of foreign languages. They deal with the overall management of our clients’ needs in the field of patents, utility models and industrial designs. Their competences include carrying out prior art searches, drafting applications, their prosecution in Spain and abroad, reports on patentability, risk of infringement, expert opinions in legal actions before the Courts, etc.
